Associate Professor
Youngjin Kwon is an Assistant Professor at KAIST, leading operating system research lab. Before joining KAIST, he receives his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018. His primary research area lies in operating systems: new operating systems for next-generation services, file/memory systems for emerging storage and network technologies, and systems for security services. He is interested in practical research and technology transfers. VMware recognized his memory research, and he contributed to building his research idea to the VMware commercial hypervisor.
