Eunjung Kim is an associate professor in the School of Computing at KAIST, Korea. She obtained the PhD in computer science in 2010 at Royal Holloway, University of London. After post-doctoral fellowship at the laboratory LIRMM-CNRS, Montpellier, France, she worked as a researcher (Chargé de Recherche) at CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) since 2011. Her main research area includes algorithms design, parameterized complexity, structural graph theory and its algorithmic applications, constraint satisfaction problems, width parameters of graphs and matroids. She was one of the two recipients of the CNRS bronze medal from computer science in 2017, an award to recognize distinguished young researchers in France.
