Sungjin Ahn is an Associate Professor in the School of Computing at KAIST. His research area is machine learning, reinforcement learning, and robot learning with a particular interest in making intelligent agents general-purpose. Before joining KAIST, he was an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Center for Cognitive Science at Rutgers University, and a postdoc at Mila and University of Montreal, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Irvine. Sungjin Ahn received Best Paper Awards from ICML'12 and ParLearning'16.
