Jongmoon Baik is an full professor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology’s Department of Computer Science. He worked as a principal research scientist at Motorola Labs from Jan. 2001 to May 2005 and led software quality improvement initiatives. His current research interests include software process modeling, software economics, software reliability engineering, and software Six Sigma. Baik received a PhD in computer science from the University of Southern California in Dec. 2000. He is a member of IEEE and ACM.
