Young Hee Lee is a Professor in Computer Science department. He finished Ph. D study at UTC and Paris 6 University. He was the project manager of development of signaling system No.7 equipment when he has been working in ETRI. He had been served as chairman of ITU-T Study Group 7, Working Party 3 for 4 years from 1997. He studied “very high speed hybrid switching system” for frame relay networks in IBM T.J. Watson research center in Yorktown Heights New York for one and a half years. He has carried out various middleware related researches for ubiquitous computing and smart networks. It includes “active networks”, MANET, overlay multicast networks and more. Semantic service/data/device/fault discovery and linked open data for smart space including home environment are current research focus. He serves as the chair of Future Internet Forum(FIF) in Korea.
